His motivation to make a better ball player is unparalleled, and his hard work and positive reinforcement always brings out a sense of confidence in his players, both on and off the field. Dave received his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University.

Neill Caine

Neill Caine is a native of Northampton, England, UK. In order to pursue a career in soccer and sports management, Neill relocated to Massachusetts from England in 2006. Neill is committed to the development of youth soccer players and is skilled in bringing out the best in every player.

Before Neill moved to America, he played and coached for a number of top clubs in England. Neill's playing career included Northampton Town Football Club as a goalkeeper. Neill began coaching at the age of 16. During his coaching years in England, Neill coached for Northampton Town FC, Rushden & Diamonds FC & Leicester City FC.

Since moving to America in 2006, Neill has gained a wide range of coaching experience for both outfield players and goalkeepers. During his career in Massachusetts, Neill has coached for a number of clubs and schools including Roxbury Latin HS, Duxbury HS, Brandeis University and a number of leading club teams throughout the state. During his time at club level, Neill was the goalkeeping director, overseeing the development of 50+ goalkeepers every year. As a result of Neill's coaching, a number of youth goalkeepers have gone onto successful collegiate and professional careers including the New England Revolution.

Neill understands that in order for players to move up to the next level, the physical aspect of their game has to be the best it possible can be. Time has to be spent on components such as SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) to help beat defenders in 1 v 1 situations.

Neill currently holds a number of coaching qualifications, including his FA badge, NSCAA Goalkeeping, Advanced regional and National diploma.
