Legacy Sports Performance offers private training. There are two choices for private training: One on One Training and Semi - Private Training.
Private Training: 1 ON 1
Private Training (1 ON 1) is a fully customized program specific to the athlete. During a Pr-Test Evaluation we can find movement deficiencies that we can then attack through a regimented training program. The program can be created for Speed & Agility, Strength Training, or both. A fully customized program is created for the athlete.
Semi - Private (Small Group)
Semi - Private Training is our small group training. When an athlete wants to train with his friends or teammates this is the perfect choice for you. You can choose what your group wants to work on (Speed & Agility or Strength Training). We do customize the program based on the needs of the athletes in the group. This is the best option if you want to push the competitive spirit with your teammates!
