    • Monday  @ 11 am, 3 pm, 5 pm (Strength Training)
    • Tuesday @ 11 am, 3 pm, 5 pm (Speed Training)
    • Wednesday @ 3 pm or 5 pm(Strength Training)
    • Thursday @ 11 am, 3 pm, 5 pm(Speed Training)
    • Friday @ 11 am, 3 pm, 5 pm (Strength Training)
    • Saturday @ 10 am (Speed Training)
    • Saturday @ 11 am (Strength Training)

    Middle School Schedule (Athletes in 6th-8th Grade)

    • Monday @ 10 am or 4 pm (Strength Training)
    • Tuesday @ 10 am or 4 pm (Speed Training)
    • Wednesday @ 4 pm (Strength Training)
    • Thursday @ 10 am or 4 pm (Speed Training)
    • Friday @ 10 am or 4 pm(Strength/Speed Training)
    • Saturday @ 9 am (Speed/Strength Training)
