Middle School Athletic Development (MSAD)

Legacy Sports Performance offers Middle School Athletic Developmenet Group Classes to the athletes that are in 6th - 8th grade. Our MSAD classes are structured to teach and develop the athlete. We believe in developing a foundational base. This foundational base allows us to continually progress each athlete through our program. This begins the process of long term athletic developement!

MSAD classes are structured as STRENGTH TRAINING and SPEED & AGILITY. Strength Training is all about learning the proper way to move. We want the athletes to be movement technicians! Speed & Agility we will focus on creating a fun and competitive environment as well as hammering home the fundamentals of speed (Acceleration, Top Speed, Deceleration, and Change of Direction). 

Our MSAD classes are structured as group training. This allows us to create a competitive and positive envrionement for every athlete that walks through the doors at Legacy.

  • Friday @ 5 pm (Speed/Strength Training)

  • Saturday @ 9 am (Speed/Strength Training)

High School Athletic Developement (HSAD)

Legacy Sports Performance offers High School Athletic Developement Classes. The HSAD classes are for 9th - 12th graders and athletes from any sport. HSAD classes are for any athlete regardless of training level. We have two levels of training programs: Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate/Advanced).

HSAD classes are broken down into two differnt types of classes. The choices are STRENGTH TRAINING and SPEED & AGILITY. We offer classes 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday). This allows us to create a comprehensive training approach designed for the athlete. We focus on the development of Strength, Speed, Power, and Athleticism.

Every training level is more then welcome to come in and train at Legacy. No matter if its your first time training or if you have trained for multiple years.
