Legacy Adult Classes will have a fast paced envrionment that is suitable for all levels of fitness. No matter if you are a beginner or advanced we can progress and regress movements for you. We are focused on creating a positive and motivating envrionement that will push you to the results you desire.

Class Program

In life we are challenged each and every day. Whether we know it or not our daily tasks are challenges. Something as simple as moving boxes, carrying uneven loads, moving awkward objects are tasks that we might not normally think of. 

We will focus on the follwing in our adult classes:

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Mobility/Activation

  • Core (Stability/Strength)

  • Strength Training Concepts

  • Plyometrics

  • Running (Sprints/Change of Direction)

  • Circuit Training

  • High-Intensity Interval Training
