    • Tuesday @ 5 or 8 pm (Speed Training)
    • Wednesday @ 5 or 8 pm (Strength Training)
    • Thursday @ 5 or 8 pm(Speed Training)
    • Friday @ 5 pm (Strength Training)
    • Saturday @ 10 am (Speed Training)
    • Saturday @ 11 am (Strength Training)

     

    Middle School Schedule (Athletes in 6th-8th Grade)

    • Monday @ 6 pm (Strength Training)
    • Tuesday @ 6 pm (Speed Training)
    • Wednesday @ 6 pm (Strength Training)
    • Thursday @ 6 pm (Speed Training)
    • Friday @ 6 pm (Strength/Speed Training)
    • Saturday @ 9 am (Speed/Strength Training)
