  • Thursday @ 3 pm or 5 pm (Speed Training)

  • Friday @ 1 pm (Strength Training)

  • Saturday @ 10 am (Speed Training)

  • Saturday @ 11 am (Strength Training)

Middle School Schedule (Athletes in 6th-8th Grade)

  • Monday @ 2 pm or 4 pm (Speed Training)
  • Tuesday @ 2 pm or 4 pm (Strength Training)
  • Wednesday @ 2 pm or 4 pm (Speed Training)
  • Thursday @ 2 pm or 4 pm (Strength Training)
  • Friday @ 12 pm (NOON) (Speed Training)
  • Saturday @ 9 am (Speed/Strength Training)
