    Middle School Schedule (Athletes in 6th-8th Grade)

    Semi-Private Group Training (Athletes in 6th-8th Grade)

     Semi-Private Group training allows us to customize a specific program to the athlete in your family. This allows the athlete to have a program to fit their needs but it also allows us to create a competitive class while allowing a max of 5 athletes per class. We want to have a ratio of 5 students to 1 coach. This ratio allows us to give one on one attention but it is not at the same price as a true one on one session.
